Annual Chapter Nine Guide Dogs of America Golf Tournament

The Annual Chapter Nine Guide Dogs of America Golf Tournament 4-Person Scramble is scheduled for Saturday, June 3, 2017 at The Golf Club of Florissant located at 50 Country Club Lane in Florissant, Missouri.

Your donation entitles you to a fun-filled day, which begins with registration at 6:30 a.m., food on the turn, refreshments on the course, golf, and a steak dinner upon completion on the tournament. All proceeds go directly to Guide Dogs of America.

Team with Hole Sponsor – $700 for 4 players and 1 hole sponsor (Allows your company to proudly sponsor a hole and enter 4 players). Team Participant – $500 for 4 Players (includes beverages, green fee with cart, prizes, and dinner). Hole Sponsor – $225 Per Hole (Allows your company name to be displayed on the golf course throughout the day – highly visible to all participants.) For payment details, download registration form.
